Mazars at the heart of the France-Romania cultural season
For many years, Mazars has been an active supporter of the “Seasons”, an initiative which was established by the French Institute to foster dialogue around cultural and economic issues.
Proud of its European origins and present in Romania since 1995, Mazars was keen to support the 2018-2019 France-Romania Season. This season will allow “Mazarians” from France and Romania to be at the heart of many events where they will discover a variety of facets and intricacies of both countries. This Season opens up unique opportunities for Mazars professionals to discover new cultures, share projects and enjoy various outings.
Feeling strongly that a company has an important responsibility towards its staff, society and environment where it performs, this cultural patronage with the French Institute falls truly within Mazars’ civic engagement.
TheFrance-Romania Season will start with the Romanian Season in France (27 November 2018 - 14 April 2019) and will follow with the French Season in Romania (18 April - 14 July 2019). The season will offer many cultural and economic events which will be held simultaneously in both countries.
Looking confidently towards the future, this Season will showcase innovation, artistic creation, youth, curiosity, sharing, transformation and the promotion of the French language. It will coincide with Romania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the hundred-year celebration of modern Romania (1st December 1918) and the end of the 1st World War. It also aims to strengthen discussions between France and Romania and to develop economic relations.
For Mazars, present in Romania for more than 20 years, with nearly 160 professionals in Bucharest, such a patronage aims to reflect its multicultural image and enhance its visibility and public awareness in both countries.
