COVID-19: Communication to clients
In order to provide uninterrupted service to our clients, in an environment that promotes the health and safety of both our customers as well as our members of staff, we are implementing the following measures with immediate effect.
We will make use of available technology to where possible work remotely directly from Mazars’ offices.
There will also be specific instances where certain members of staff will be home working. We have taken the necessary measures to ensure the integrity and security of data at all times.
In order to ensure a safe environment, we will not be welcoming any visitors to our office. We invite you to communicate with us, as and when required, either through telephone or electronically through email or video conferencing facilities. When necessary, we will make arrangements so that the safe delivery or collection of physical documents from our office can be carried out.
Our members of staff will, where necessary, be contacting you directly to make the necessary logistical arrangements to ensure a smooth transition to our new operating method.
The above arrangements will remain in force until further notice.
