Update of the 2010/2011 Annual Report

The annual Partners Conference is a key moment in the life of the Mazars partnership, as the Group presents its annual report, including its consolidated accounts. It is also a unique moment where all of the partners gather to discuss and vote on the Group’s strategies (geographical expansion, new service offers, governance…)

Through their vote at the Conference last December, the partners agreed on several evolutions, to give Mazars a long-term, stable and transparent governance based on a balanced, complementary and collaborative system. They also co-opted 67 new partners, and welcomed 6 new countries to the partnership.

This update presents the renewed organisational structure of the Group, as well as the composition and missions of each governance body.
