Vadimas Kosiakovas Transactions Partner

Vadimas started his professional journey at a Big 4 firm in 2005.In 2021, he joined at Persense, a correspondent firm of Mazars who later joined the Mazars partnership, as a transaction specialist.

Vadimas has over 15 years of experience in accounting and audit, including more than 10 years working on transaction support projects. He has extensive expertise in buy side and sell-side (vendor) due diligence and other transaction related services.

Vadimas has advised on many large deals completed in Lithuania, Latvia, and Belarus. These include acquisitions in industries such as energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, retail and wholesale, telecommunication, technology, entertainment, construction, financial services, logistics services, transportation, manufacturing, and real estate.

Vadimas holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Vilnius University. He is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
