Stéphanie Tombling Partner, International Arbitration and Litigation
Stéphanie Tombling is a testifying damages expert and specialises in the quantification of economic damages in high value commercial disputes both in litigation and international arbitration in diverse jurisdictions. She has testified in Europe and Asia.
In addition to acting as named accounting and expert adviser, Stéphanie has supported other accounting expert witnesses on numerous cases and has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of lost profits and business interruption losses.
Her experience of 20 years covers cases in a broad range of business sectors, including construction, oil & gas, power, manufacturing and transportation.
Stephanie Tombling graduated from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in German linguistics, and she is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants. She started her career in London in a Forensic Boutique specialised in insurance and litigation, then she joined Navigant, where she focused on international arbitration. Before joining Forvis Mazars in Paris, Stephanie continued her career at Secretariat where she co-developed the damages practice in London.
She is a Practising Member of the Academy of Experts and is on the panel of experts of CMAP and Sport Resolutions.
Stephanie is tri-lingual in English, German and French.
