Sarel Dika Director, Financial Advisory - Jakarta

Sarel has over 11 years of consulting and transactional experience. Before joining Forvis Mazars, he led the Strategy Practice at Deloitte Indonesia, overseeing strategy consulting projects for the Indonesian government and state-owned enterprises. His work encompassed a wide range of projects, including strategic business plans, feasibility studies, business turnarounds, growth strategies, market entry assessments, investor screening, and financial projection reviews.​

Prior to Deloitte, Sarel served as Senior Manager at KPMG Deal Advisory Indonesia, where he managed cross-border M&A projects for global private equity clients and Japanese conglomerates. His expertise includes financial and commercial due diligence in various sectors, such as government, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, plantation, consumer, retail, financial services, energy, media, and technology. Sarel was also a co-founder of an asset tokenization startup focused on private banks and high-net-worth families in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.​
