Philippe Bozier Partner

With over 25 years' professional experience, Philippe Bozier has devoted 15 years of his career to financing major projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors. After initial experience in transactions for KPMG in France and Eastern Europe, he became Country CFO for Alstom Transport, where he helped set up PPP projects in the rail sector.

From 2006 to 2021, Philippe worked for PwC in Eastern Europe, France and Africa, where he was partner in charge of the Energy & Infrastructure practice.

He joins Mazars at the beginning of 2022 to take charge of the Public & Project Finance practice. He will work to strengthen Mazars' presence with public and private players in the development and financing phases of major infrastructure and energy projects, and bring his experience to the development of the Energy & Utilities practice.
