Peter, born in Austria, was educated in France where he lived for 28 years. Peter has been with Mazars for 24 years including 11 as international Partner.

His professional career began in 1993 in MAZARS Paris office (audit of listed companies and major international clients)

He was the managing partner of MAZARS’ Austrian practice since 1998 until 31st August 2017, date at which he relocated to Italy to lead the German Desk. 

Expertise

Peter trained for 19 years in the audit and FAS practices before embracing AOS/Tax structure in Austria over the last years. As a result, Peter is particularly at ease with the administrative, tax and accounting environments applicable to both Germany and Austria.

Peter’s specific knowledge is Retail, Transport, Food processing industries and other large industries, Services and Leasing.

Professional responsibilites & main roles:

His role, interacting with Mazars Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland, is to develop business with the German speaking community in Italy for the benefit of all service lines and sectors.

Since 2002, Peter is also Foreign Trade Advisor (CCEF) nearby the French Embassy.
