Maxine Levy Director - Financial Advisory Services

Maxine is a Director in the Firm’s financial advisory services division and leads international M&A assignments. She works on due diligence transactions including both buy and sell side deals with targets and clients located globally. Maxine assists in transactions, the majority of which occur across both continents and jurisdictions.

Previously she was a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm in South Africa, where she worked for 5 years in their corporate finance division, after which she was employed for 4 years at a boutique accounting practice specialising in M&A which worked closely with the main international litigation firms.

Maxine has in-depth experience in  corporate finance, acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, fraud investigations, breach of contract and professional negligence. Her detailed forensic knowledge has proven invaluable in financial due diligence assignments.

Since joining Mazars, she has worked on a number of M&A transactions in the hi-tech, manufacturing, SAAS, AI, healthcare, retail, Financial Services and agribusiness sectors.

Maxine is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both South Africa and Israel.
