Matthieu Boye Partner

Matthieu Boyé is a partner at Forvis Mazars, based in Paris, with over 20 years' experience. He has been with the firm since 2009 developing our M&A and financial advisory practice in France and abroad, working closely with national and international private equity houses, portfolio companies, and fund managers to support them in navigating private markets and creating value from fund inception through to exit.

A graduate of Mediterranean University in Economics and of ESSEC Business School with a Master’s degree in finance, Matthieu began his career at a Big Four firm. He leads Forvis Mazars Group's private equity practice, ensuring quality and consistency across the firm’s global network.
