Mathieu Vincent holds degrees from ESSEC and the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where he earned a Master of Science in Accountancy. He is a qualified chartered accountant in France (DEC) and in the United States (Illinois US-CPA). After working for 3 years at PwC as a financial auditor, Mathieu Vincent joined Mazars in 2009 where he began his career in auditing and within the IFRS technical department.
Partner since 2016, Mathieu Vincent specializes in auditing treasury centres and accounting for financial instruments under IFRS and French GAAP. He is also responsible for Mazars' Debt & Treasury Advisory department, which consists of 55 dedicated consultants providing audit and advisory services to the Treasury and Financing departments of companies.
Mathieu Vincent leads the Cash Flow & Working Capital Optimization offering at the international level within the Mazars Group.
