Lucy Gichuki Partner and Head of Training

Lucy holds a B.A. (Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in Audit and Accountancy.

She has extensive and valuable experience in auditing, accountancy, taxation, and financial advisory services. She is responsible for a variety of clients in her professional career at Mazars Kenya.

Lucy is also responsible for the training of staff in compliance with the Audit Quality Assurance. In the field of training, she has extensive experience in training and facilitation of learning. She is also in charge of Talent Management and is involved in mentorship of the young professionals.

Lucy is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. She is also a member of Women on Boards Network and Association of Women Accountants of Kenya where she previously served in the Audit and Compliance Committee. She is also a member of Bible Society of Kenya where she serves as a treasurer for the Kiambu branch.
