Kuo Shen has over 20 years of working experience in the audit and commercial field. Prior to joining Mazars, he was an Audit Partner in an international Chartered Accountants firm in Malaysia.

He specialises in the field of auditing which includes the audit of various industries of multi-national corporations, public listed companies and its subsidiaries listed on Bursa Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Singapore Exchange.

Apart from audit and assurance engagements, he is also involved with special assignments comprised agreed-upon procedures such as due diligence review of prospective financial information and proforma financial information for IPOs as well as preparation of accountant’s report.
