Florence graduated from the French National Agronomic Institute Paris-Grignon (AgroParisTech).

She started her career at Mazars in Paris as a Junior Auditor in 1999. In 2001 she moved to Mazars Prague as Senior Auditor to lead various audit projects of international companies. Back to Paris, she continued her career as an Audit Manager and in 2006 she moved to Mazars Russia. In 2007 she became director of the Accounting & Outsourcing Services department and in 2009 was elected as a Group Partner.

In June 2013, Florence became the Managing Partner of Mazars in Russia, leading a firm of 200 professionals in 3 offices - Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Bishkek (Kirgizstan) and 4 Business units: Audit, Outsourcing, Financial Advisory and Tax&Legal.

Florence has more than 15 years of experience in different spheres of Financial Services within Mazars.

Florence is also co-chair of the CCIFR Committee of the Tax & Accounting. She is an active participant of different business events, which are organized by CCIFR, AEB, RBCC and other Mazars’ partners.

Her native language is French, and she speaks English and Russian.
