Dejan Šimenc Managing Partner, Certified Auditor

Dejan is the Partner in charge of Audit at Mazars Slovenia. He is responsible for auditing individual and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Slovenian accounting standards and IFRS.
He specialises in the audit of manufacturing and service companies, as well as public listed companies.

He is fluent in English.

Dejan has over 15 years of working experience in auditing, agreed upon procedures on specific customer requirements, auditing of consolidated reports, accounting business consultancy and auditing of status changes.

He is an expert in the accounting system and tax legislation in Slovenia and International Financial Reporting Standards.

He was in charge of auditing numerous companies in Slovenia, such as GORENJE Group, DZS Group, Terme Čatež Group, DOMEL Group, ISKRA MEHANIZMI Group, RLS (Renishaw Group), KAMNIK SCHLENK (Schlenk Group), etc…

He regularly participates in seminars and trainings organised by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors and other international IFRS trainings.
