Registered at the Lille Bar since 2004, Claire joined Mazars Société d'Avocats in 2016 to create and develop the Employment Law department of the Lille office.
She advises French and international companies on the day-to-day aspects of their social organization, as well as on complex restructuring operations, negotiation of company agreements or the setting up of the Social and Economic Committee.
She has developed a high quality professional experience in the social support of the establishment of foreign companies on the national territory.
In addition to assistance in the event of inspection by the administrative authorities, she defends the interests of the companies involved in industrial tribunal proceedings and before the Social Security Court.
She works closely with the different business units of Mazars Law Firm (Tax/Corporate) in order to create a synergy adapted to the various demands of the clients of the Mazars international network
