Ashley Mitchell Partner | Audit & Advisory

Ashley has more than 13 years of experience performing audit and advisory services to clients within the Mazars Group, joining the Bermuda office in October 2014.   Prior to joining the Bermuda office Ashley spent six years in the Mazars New York City office.

Ashley’s experience includes a diverse portfolio of clients including captive insurance and (re)insurance entities, segregated account companies, investment funds, and fund management companies, together with a mix of privately held and Bermuda listed mutual funds.  He has extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, US and Canadian GAAP. 

Ashley has experience in transaction services, internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting within large multi-national companies.

Ashley is a member of council and treasurer of CPA Bermuda, a Certified Public Accountant in the United States of America and Bermuda and holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  He also serves on several boards of local organizations.
