Ashish Apte Director, Transfer Pricing

Ashish is a director in our tax team, specialising in transfer pricing. Since joining the firm in 2024, he has brought a wealth of experience in addressing transfer pricing challenges across Western Europe and India.

Ashish has extensive experience assisting clients with transfer pricing documentation and has represented them during audits, Advance Pricing Agreement (APA), and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) processes. He has also provided strategic advice on global transfer pricing matters, including the development of transfer pricing policies, cost allocation strategies, intangibles management, value chain analysis and operating model optimisation.

Ashish holds an LL.M. degree in Advanced International Taxation from Leiden University in the Netherlands and a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Limerick. He is also a qualified Indian Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Pune University, India.
