Aleksandras Papšys Transactions Partner

Aleksandras has over 20 years of experience in accounting and audit, including more than 15 years of experience working on transaction support projects. He started his career at a Big 4 firm and joined Persense, a correspondent firm of Mazars who later joined the Mazars partnership, in 2021.

Aleksandras has a large experience in buy and sell (vendor) side financial due diligence, regulatory due diligence, commercial due diligence, purchase price allocations (intangible asset valuation), and environmental finance.

Aleksandras holds a master’s degree in audit and accounting from the Vilnius University. He is a fellow member of ACCA (FCCA) and speaks Lithuanian, English and Russian fluently.
